To all the Swains,
You have lost a very special lady. She has gone on to be with her husband, Earl. I never had the pleasure to know him, but I feel so lucky to have been a part of Nan's life. She was a great friend to me and my family. We all have some great memories and that is what will carry you through the days ahead.
Love,
The Beath Family

Sorry to learn of your mother's passing.
I'm so glad I had the chance to see her just a few weeks ago at lunch with Craig. She and your dad were such a nice couple to have known.
Best wishes to you all. Curt

Dearest Boys, I was so, so sad to read in today's Boston Globe (online as Ernie and I are in CO for Christmas with our daughter and her family) about your Mom's death. She was a beautiful woman in every way and was truly a role model to me when I was babysitting for the three of you. I was so hoping to see her once we return East. At least you three have had these many added years to be with her and now she can return to be with your wonderful Dad whom I also worshipped and adored. My love and symptathy to you all, your spouses and kiddos. She was so very proud of each of you.
