Dear Dan and Family, Paul and I are deeply saddened for your loss of your beloved Wife and mother. We were lucky to have met Patty and you a mere 7 years ago and became fast friends. And we will be forever greatful that we were able share so many great times with you both. Her spirit and strength has been a true inspiration, particularly for me. As Patty once said to me every day is a gift and and we are so blessed that we were able to share some of those "gifts" with her. I know the days ahead will be difficult but know you have so many friends that will be there for you, not just for the moment, but for always.
Love,
Mary and Paul Geary

Debbie and Gil Jameson and family (drdjameson@comcast.net):
Dearest Dan, Nick,Luke, Molly, Chrissy, Damien, Johnny, and Mr. and Mrs. Allegrezza:

You are all like family to me. Patty was like my sister. She was my Maid of Honor in our wedding 30 years ago and has been my best friend since elementary school. And I will never forget our "Three's Company Days" back in Westboro when Patty and I were two single girls in the big world waiting for our futures to arrive. And so they did with the blizzard of '78!!!! Patty stuck at the hospital in Worcester working triple shifts, and me, a teacher, snowbound at the apartment for at least a week. So glad Dan was around to walk to McDonalds with! And when Patty finally got home and met Dan, it was surely love at first site. And so began our times together as adults.... sharing the laughs and tears that come with weddings, children, health, families, and careers.

Gil and I will so dearly miss our "Same time next year" holiday rendevous in Boston. It was nice last Christmas going to someplace other than the Chart House. But for us, it didn't matter where we went, as long as we could get together with you and Patty.

She tried so hard to get to Jamie's wedding and that meant so much to all of us. We are thankful that we were able to share some of the pictures and some of Gil's chicken soup a few weeks ago.

Patty was indeed an inspiration to us all, as a friend, a mother, a wife, and a cancer fighter/survivor for so many years. She was even giving me advice a few days ago despite her own suffering.

I know she is looking over all of us now and that her kindness, wisdom, and strength will help guide her family and friends through the dark days, into a place of peace and contentment, which I know will be hers in heaven.

With much love and many prayers,

Debbie, Gil, Sean, Craig, Jamie, Katrina and the extended Russo/Jameson family

Patty was my walking buddy. We spent many hours over the years walking the neighborhood and talking about anything and everything. When I think of Patty I see her beautiful face full of love and life. She was a dear friend who always had a kind word for everyone. Patty lived her life the way we all hope to. She surrounded herself with family and friends. Patty was the first to offer a helping hand or word of comfort. To know her was to love her. She was truly one of the best people I've known in my life. My heart goes out to all of her family. Much love to you all from all of us,

Cathy, Damian, Shane, Alexandra and Caroline

Dear Dan and family, I was so saddened to hear about Patty. Although I haven't seen Patty in quite a while, Gil and Deb always shared their wonderful visits with you. I feel like I've "watched" your family grow up from hearing all the stories from Deb in the past 30 years. I always thought Patty was so genuine and positive. Her smile was contagious. I always loved talking to Patty when Deb and Gil had their big gatherings! My Mom and Dad always said Patty was such a sweetheart. My oldest daughter, Amy, remembers when she was a patient at Newton-Wellesley for a week and Patty came downstairs to visit us. She had Amy smiling in no time at all. Please know you're in our thoughts and prayers and again, we are so sorry to hear about Patty. Cheryl,Randy,Amy,and Kristen

Joann, Jameson (JoJam120@copper. net):
Although we didn't see Patty and her family other then special gatherings at my son Gil Jr. and Deb's home, she always greeted us with her big smile and open arms like we had just seen her yesterday. It was my pleasure to have know such a genuine and caring person. My sympathies and prayers are with you all in your very great loss. Mrs Joann Jameson
